I went through the drive-thru an hour and a half before they closed. Waited patiently, was respectful and knew they were probably just trying to do their closing procedures since it’s just a slow Monday. I get home and find out they DRENCHED my sandwich in whatever sauce they put on it, and it SMELLS. You have to really be trying to do something like this. This is the best Bojangles in Richmond. The best one I've been to. They actually wait on you at the counter and take your order. Most places now want you to place orders at a kiosk. I'm too dumb for that. The chicken here is always fresh and hot. They always fill my order without errorsand usually I'm out in 5 minutes or less
