Pretty terrible Chick-fil-a. I'm a VCU student and it's the only chik fil a on campus that I can use my swipes at but the time it takes for the food to be prepared can take from 2 minutes to 35 minutes. I mean 35 minutes for chick fil a is kind of ridiculous, especially when their customer service is atrocious and the food is subpar at best. Maybe I'm just used to the chick fil a's in northern virginia but yeah... this one sucks.
Really a hit or miss. Best to go at times closer to opening since the lines are shorter. Wait times here can take about 10-15 minutes which isn’t too bad for a chickfila in my opinion. Around closing time 6-8 it’s clear they don’t change the frying oil. I’ve gotten food from here numerous times to try to get dinner and the chicken after 6pm always smells/tastes burnt and foul because they don’t change the oil. not gonna lie this is the worst chick-fil-a i've ever been to. having a meal here made my day worse. i got nuggets because i thought there was no way it could be messed up but i was let down. never go to a college campus chick-fil-a folks.
