Management is terrible and the attitude of the so called manager is terrible someone else was fixing my bowl and he came and snatched the bowl took chicken out and proceeded to but the wrong stuff in the bowl

This is the worst Chipotle in Richmond. I used to come here a almost once a week and it was good. Food was good, service wasn't awful, and it was more affordable. Leading in to and around the time the pandemic hit, it has been downhill ever since. Food is sloppily put together with little care, it is more expensive, and you wait longer (even sometimes when there is no line). I think the employees got maxed out by the combo of online and in-person ordering. I prefer Chipotle to many other fast food options, but I will go out of my way to avoid this particular Chipotle location.

Jillian (I hope I spelled that right) is a wonderful worker! My mom had a TBI (traumatic brain injury) long story short her ability to speak and understand is getting better but sometimes very hard. She took the time to make sure she got exactly what my mom was asking for with patience. This will be the only chipotle I got to from here on out! Jillian you rock! Thank you a million for your service and patience! Food was great! Yall rock!

This location is always filthy, their staff is rude and the food is hit or miss. The manager is particularly rude and you can tell she is on a major power trip. I was denied extra dressing because they did not want to run out and risk not having enough left for the rest of the day. Mind you there was a full bin of dressing behind i her and it was 5pm. And this has NEVER been a thing before. And they charge extra for it! So what does it matter if I pay extra for one more?? And they make the dressing homemade on site! So are you all too lazy to make more? Like get over yourself lady. I will still keep eating here just not this location. Really lacking in customer service skills.

sorry the quality in the area has gone soooo down hill. this location is particularly bad. the food is old and cooked poorly, bad flavor and over done. they also are out of ingreds and desperate to close early. they put chairs up so you cant dine in even though they have hours until close, how is that okay?

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but by far the WORST experience I have had at any establishment. Waited for my mobile order. The lady working the station got into an argument with another customer. Then when I asked about the status of my order while showing my order code, she decided to get in my face while cussing at me. For what? Asking politely about my food that she evidently just sat on the counter as she neglected to put it at the pick up station? Enjoy 1 less customer.

Let's say you want guacamole in your bowl before adding other ingredients. It's a little out of order and although you may have never had trouble with it before, I bet you'd love to hear all about how it's incorrect.If so, get excited for a proper lesson in ordering and a healthy dose of confrontation down at Chipotle at 4930 W Broad near Willow Lawn.The manager is hostile, ready to argue and put you in your place.Also good to know that apologizing for causing any trouble gets you a second dose and seems to increase her zeal.Managers should diffuse and not ramp up confrontations, you say? Not this little lady.She relished arguing and amping up an completely unnecessary confrontation. She did it with her staff and then she did it with me. Tried reporting it through Chipotle's website, but not successful.

This is the worst chipotle location in Richmond. I try to give credit when it’s due and grace when needed. I try not complain about things just to complain, especially for someone who has an extensive background in food service. However, EVERY single time I try to go here there is little to no ingredients available, the workers are rude and crass, VERY SLOW, the list goes on. The area manager needs to do better. While objectively I love the product, this location really struggles to provide what chipotle is loved and known for. Multiple times I’ve gone a half hour before close and they’ve already locked the door. I’ve had to leave the shortest line in chipotle history because the workers have no sense of urgency whatsoever. I’m so tired of this location and will no longer go here and give them my money.
