I always order a pan pizza well done and go for pickup to avoid delivery delays - this time I forgot to add that to the online order, and was able to call and get it fixed. The young man working inside was helpful and friendly and checked to make sure the pizza was to my liking.
Don't order from this location if you want hot, fresh, well-made pizza in under an hour. Multiple times our order has taken TWO hours to get to us. By the time it does, it's cold. A couple times the pizza was made terribly– way too thin, slapdash topping coverage, etc. It's ridiculous. I can't believe they're still in business. Never will make this mistake again. The wait times are unreasonable. I ordered my pizza 2 hours ago and still have yet to receive it. Not to mention, according to tracking, it hasn’t even gone out for delivery yet.
