Way overpriced for what it is. Expect to wait 20+ minutes for a small item. Employees are all deaf so speak up or they won't get your order right or your name either. Food is OK though
When I went to Freshii, one of the "vegan options" on campus, I asked for no cheese on my salad and let them know I had an allergy. The employee then put cheese on my salad. I politely told her that I was sorry and I had a severe allergy, and asked could she possibly remake it. She responded "Don't worry, it's just a little bit of cheese" and handed me the salad.

Make sure you always check your order after getting it because they forget something EVERY time. They also never have avocados and don't tell you until after they make your order. Terrible customer service.
