Gelati Celesti is a staple in Richmond for having one of the best ice cream! and I completely agree with that. Sadly, i found out about this place when we already moved out from Richmond. But! every time I visit Richmond this is a must stop for me to go! I think I have been to 2 or 3 of their locations and both of them deserves 5 stars! from the surrounding, employees and the top quality of ice cream they have, they are indeed a number 1 spot for ice cream. I do not even care if its cold outside, I will tell my sister to go here to get ice cream! they also have different flavors to choose from and to be honest, I do not remember what my favorite flavor is but I have tasted a few and they are all good! you will not go wrong here since they use the best of the best ingredients here and all of their locations are so cute! I think my favorite location is the one close to scotts addition but like what I said all their locations are great!

Unique flavors while still having the classics. Incredibly creamy and full of flavor. Divine! Sound got a little loud as people came in, since it’s a bit echoey. Definitely want to come back and try their many speciality flavors always on rotation!

So, of course kiddos wanted dessert, and ice cream ??? is always good ? but even better when it's from here!!!I've been eating their --gelati celesti ice cream, at the other location, next to west tower theater, since I was my son's age! Glad that they have more than that location now!!! Love their BDAY CAKE & THEIR BANANA, AND CHOCOLATE DECADENCE!!! GOTTA TRY EM ALL IF U LOVE ❤️ ICE CREAM ?!!!

So delicious! Italy-tiered gelato! It's so creamy and so rich with flavor. One of the best gelatos I've ever had second to the gelatos in Italy. We tried the Just Ask & Butterscotch and the Strawberry & banana. Wanted to come back for more but we were only in town for a few days. Will definitely come back again next time we visit!

Top tier ice cream, the perfect amount for the price! It wasn't too busy when we went, but there's lots of seating. We each got one of the rotating flavors (brownie sundae is delicious!). Would absolutely return next time I'm in Richmond.

I can’t remember her name at the counter, but one of the girls was so helpful. I went with an almond joy / chocolate almond cup and both flavors were delicious! SO MANY ALMONDS! My husband got regular chocolate in a waffle cone and liked it as well.Also, very clean bathroom for my potty training toddler.

so delicious! incredibly creamy and soft geleti, reminds me of ice cream made in europe. i came with my partner and we got the chocolate covered strawberry, one of their season flavors, and just ask. the chocolate strawberry flavor was definitely a favorite! amazing in texture and flavor. as for the just ask flavor, it's a mix of cookies and cream with peanut butter based on what i could taste. also very delicious! all of their flavors are displayed with allergens, so it's very nice to know if you're allergic to anything. the staff was very kind. as for the interior, it's certainly nice inside and big with ample seating. worth it!
