Yea so this was my first time going and all I'ma say is I jus couldn't take a picture of my sandwich it jus disappeared ????? i go at least twice a week now , lemme get a Wreck with no Ham extra Roast Beef provolone cheese lettuce and tomato me plz lawd it's gone before I leave the parking lot it's so good , next time I'ma remember to take a picture ???
Yesterday I was blown away by their customer service when my order was delivered incorrectly. The manager offered to bring my missing sandwich all the way to BonAir to correct. He was courteous and apologetic. I love PotBelly and I had been looking forward to my lunch all week. It as the best sandwich ever and thank you again David!
