Arrived at 11:30a. I was told they are no longer serving breakfast although the sign says breakfast until 12n. Waited almost 20 minutes for my order. Food was warm, not hot. Employees arguing about the schedule and confused about orders.

I am just here at Hardee's ordering 20 sausage biscuits and so far I've been waiting not too long. The customer service is good the boy at the counter was very friendly. He's got some good customer service skills. That's what I look for if you can't give me a smile I don't need to be in the restaurant that you're working for. The biscuits and gravy were delicious! Service wasn't good at all today. This particular Hardee's was in Southside Richmond. The employees didn't speak other than asking what we wanted. The cashier made no eye contact. We dined in, and business was slow. The floors were very greasy, which worried me about falling or slipping down. There was no clutter or debris on the floors or tables, which was nice. Bathroom floors were greasy as well.
