The Hardee's on Jeff Davis by Dupont needs to close down. They have a very unfriendly staff that is not customer oriented and they seem to be mad at the world because they work at fast food. Went there this morning and they had a line wrapped around the building and no one was taking orders. Six cars drove away without placing orders and receiving any food. The person just hid in the back. This by far has been the worst Hardee's. You can drive by there any time of day and it looks like they're closed and they should stay that way. And having bad staff is just as bad as having piss poor food. No bueno

Arrived at 11:30a. I was told they are no longer serving breakfast although the sign says breakfast until 12n. Waited almost 20 minutes for my order. Food was warm, not hot. Employees arguing about the schedule and confused about orders.

The robotic mouth-laziness of those taking the orders makes them EASILY replaceable by machines! Sad to say, but the current generation of employees does not have the skills to EVER cover sophisticated jobs!

Terrible ..went there on a Saturday morning ..out of biscuits before 11..they advertise breakfast until noon....on Sunday went back and they were closed..doors locked..no sign..guess no one was working. Parking lot was empty....bad for business...

I am just here at Hardee's ordering 20 sausage biscuits and so far I've been waiting not too long. The customer service is good the boy at the counter was very friendly. He's got some good customer service skills. That's what I look for if you can't give me a smile I don't need to be in the restaurant that you're working for. Now I have been to a lot of Hardee's and I have always gotten great customer service and good hot food. Today I'm just going to be sharing the love with people in the community. Thank you for the great customer service.
