Great atmosphere. 2nd time I've been there since I am from Georgia and travel up here for business. This time set at a table because the bar was full but Heidi my waitress was amazing. She made sure I had everything I needed and made sure I was very happy. Great to talk to and will definitely be going back because of the service she gave me!!! Even though she was super busy and I was just a table of one she gave me the same service as a table of 5.
This place is cute and cozy. They do have space for a few larger tables and high chairs, but it's definitely not an easy place to go to with kids or a large group.
The food was alright. It was standard American food, but nothing amazing. It is nice that they have non-dairy cheese options for pizza.

A Richmond institution; whether it's a hungover brunch or the beginning of a night on the town, Joe's has you covered and then some. Giant portions of Spaghetti or pancakes on tap at a reasonable price.
