This is the comfort food you didn’t know you needed. Some friends and I happened to stop by during a quick trip to Richmond and had one of the best meals in quite a while. The flavors are well rounded and nuanced and all four of us thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The vegetarian duo app was great-if you love collards their collards are truly top tier. Great Ethiopian restaurant, food was amazing! We were greeted kindly right away, the menu was perfectly simple. Great Vegetarian options as well. I recommend the Doro Tibs w/Shiro and Siga Wat. Lovely restaurant can’t wait to be back in Richmond!

Yosef and Ben immediately make you feel welcome, walking in there made me feel like I was coming home for my favorite meal. Yosef is extremely knowledgeable about his recipes and clearly is a master of his craft. He spent extra time after they closed to talk with us and was not rushed. This was truly one of my favorite experiences I've had. If that's not all enough the food is so good and unique in its flavor truly one of a kind.
