We recently hosted a large party for a baby shower at Pinky's. The staff were INCREDIBLY helpful and even assisted with the flow of the event. Everyone was very kind and provided outstanding service. I would have another event there again. Plus, the food was delicious.

We popped in here for a bit to eat on a Sunday afternoon and stumbled upon a great brunch spot. We were immediately greeted by a nice hostess and an unfortunate haze of smoke from the open air kitchen. The hostess asked if we had a reservation, which we did not, and told us it would be a 45 minute wait. Fortunately, we spotted an opening at the bar and asked if we could sit there and she happily obliged. Sitting at the bar was nice to watch the 3 busy bartenders do their thing. It is built in entertainment. Our bartender/server took our drink and food order promptly. We had mimosas which were very good. Our food came out timely and the three of us were in the clean plate club. We enjoyed: *Goat cheese and mushroom French omelette *Crispy chicken cutlet bowl *Make it a Sammy I had the omelette which was nice and fluffy with just the right amount of goat cheese. I could have gone for just a bit more mushroom. There is no mushrooms inside the omelette, just 2 of top. I chose the side of fruit which was pineapple and grapes. The downfall of Pinky's is the haze of smoke throughout the restaurant. It was pretty unfortunate but not so bad that it was a dealbreaker. Being in the heart of Scott's Addition, the parking is all on the street so it might take you a minute to find a spot and walk a block.

The good. They handle dietary restrictions well, they have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Wasn't hard to get a reservation the day off for a Friday night. Flavorful and seasonal ingredients. Cocktails and mocktails were on point. Dessert, the tiramisu was the highlight of the meal. If I had to do it again, I would have just done tapas and dessert. Main course not worth it. The not so good. The food was fantastic but it was all too similar. Would have loved different palate options. For appetizers- we got the beets, zucchini, burrata, and crostini. Everything was fantastic but paired together it was too much of the same flavors instead of complimentary flavorings. Lots of peppers, almonds, with a vinegar acid and chili. We got the risotto and pork chop for mains. Again, lots of peppers, almonds, and even the risotto had a vinegar acid flavor. After it arrived, I wish we had not ordered mains. Really wanted to love this place, especially since they catered to dietary restrictions, but the main course really prevented me from giving this place 4 or 5 stars. The ugly. Man the smoke in that place was suffocating at times. Would have been a better experience with some of the doors cracked. It was hazy with smoke from the kitchen and my eyes were burning at times. Not really the date night experience we were looking for .

Always a great meal and excellent cocktails with a good atmosphere. I love coming here with friends and splitting some of the small dishes. The service is always friendly and attentive. It's become a go-to spot!

Came here for a special occasion to send off one of our billet boys. Sat outside by a fire pit. Table was small but the staff accomodated with another table. Food is decent a bit pricey but understandable as this is a newer hot spot on many peoples radar. Again food is on the saltier side but generally good flavored.

This is a review in regards to the owner and handling their hiring process:I was offered a position at pinky’s to work full time, even though I was originally searching for a second part time job. So, with me willing to accept the job, my requirements were to quit my current job and let Steve, the owner, know I did as to move forward with the process.Long story short: we interviewed Monday (in his defense I was running behind and needed to push the interview back 30 minutes-I DID NOT cancel however) and we both agreed I’d be there to start the following Wednesday. I talked to my job on Tuesday, I was busy the day after with work as well as visiting a family member in poor health (an issue I made clear upfront to Steve that I was dealing with as well as my own health issues), he reached out that Thursday asking how quitting went, I responded the next day because I closed at my current job very late but I said it went fine and that I plan on being there next Wednesday 100%, and he replied with the same.Later that day, because I was visiting the family memember I had mentioned previously, I didn’t get the chance to text back. He later texted me saying he rescinded his offer because he “felt unsure with the communication not really being there”.He’s only called me once, and it was for the interview, everything was over text. I told him I put in my notice to leave my current job and that I had been transparent with my current job as well as him about my current life and work schedule. He made me a job offer, asked I quit my current one, and when I did the offer was taken back. He handled it poorly as a professional and should put trust into people and give them the opportunity to prove themselves. I offered to do a working interview even, he declined and offered the job straight up. Now I have no full time job and this is the fault of the ownership and management of pinky’s. Best of luck with their business, however very upsetting I’m out of full time work now.

Great spot for a last minute brunch with family! Food and service were wonderful. Fun, loud gathering place. Bright and cheery on a sunny afternoon.

How can it be called Pinky’s but not have pink lemonade? Missed opportunity! That’s all. Everything else is great and amazing.

Beautiful place in Scott addition, to the point where we were commenting on if the space was available for other events to do full rent out. Reminded us of a hotel bar in Miami. The food was good mediterranean fusion like food. We got the lamb and risotto, dishes, and the lemon piccata. We weren't the biggest fan of some of the flavor mixture, but the manager came to talk to us, ended up being able to accommodate us, and was super gracious all in all it was a good experience

Busy little place! We came by on Saturday night but could not get in. Definitely make a reservation. We had Sunday dinner here, and drinks, food, and service were great. For appetizer, we had the pork belly, and it was outstanding. I had the Rockfish Cartoccio, and my husband had the Chrispy Chicken Piccata as our main entrée. The Chicken Piccata was huge, enough for two. They were both delicious. Highly recommend. Parking can be a little hard to find.
