Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery

We enjoyed this place. Beers were good. Service was not good. We were not acknowledged by any of the bar staff for 10 minutes despite them being minimally busy. I would not make this my first choice in the future.

Read the reviews on Google and they were 3.5. Most of the bad reviews were centered around poor service. What we were in there on Easter and the service was very good. We enjoyed the appetizer and the main course dinners. They may be getting a bad rap because of incidents of poor service. I like this restaurant. Great beer, food and ambiance…poor management! The Bartender Christie was amazing with dealing with 50 + patrons. The management did nothing to help with pours and food orders. We noticed the lack of help from management to make sure the customers were taken care of. Christie did an awesome job! Who ever the owner is, you might want to reconsider who your managers are.
