Staff was nice. Coffee great. I sit at a table and this occurs:Manager (and another Manager?) and an employee were seated at the main central table and the other tables were full of customers. The Manager was LOUDLY having some type of meeting with the employee. The employee was in tears and looked extremely embarrassed the customers were witnessing this “meeting”. She got up from the table in tears, and the Managers exchanged eyebrow raised glances and the lead Manager said “See, it’s not that bad - you got through it!”….and they laughed away! I was horrified for the employee - no matter what the circumstance was for this meeting - what I witnessed was unprofessional and probably breaks some HR related policy regarding confidentiality. Manager needs a reality check.

We specifically told the cashier of a chocolate allergy. They promised that they understood and would clean the container before using it to make the drink. Following my wife's allergic reaction we returned to the store and talked with them. They said that they did clean it. I told them they had added chocolate sprinkles. I was told that was because that is how the drink is always made. I tried to explain that no chocolate means no chocolate. I was offered a $4 gift card and told to order a different drink next time. My wife is better now but was sick for 2 days.

Stopped in for a coffee/tea break. 10:15 am Saturday. Not busy at all. Fast and friendly service. Great outdoor seating. Ordered the iced green tea, very pleasant!

The first thing that comes to mind when I think of Starbucks is the trust that the drink will always be delicious. No matter which location I visit, I know I can count on their quality coffee.I enjoy all the options from classic favorites like the Caramel Macchiato to seasonal delights, there is always something to satisfy my coffee cravings.The baristas at Starbucks consistently deliver friendly and efficient service. Despite the often fast-paced environment, luckily I was able to catch them at a down time.One aspect where Starbucks excels is its dedication to accommodating dietary preferences and restrictions, such as almond milk which I always put in my glorious caffeine fix.However, the one drawback I have noticed is that prices at Starbucks tend to be on the higher side, especially when compared to smaller, local coffee shops. While I understand that the quality and convenience contribute to the pricing, it can make regular visits a bit costly.Starbucks remains a reliable haven for coffee stops for me, it's a reliable choice for a quick caffeine fixes. Despite the slightly higher prices, I appreciate the convenience and reliability that Starbucks offers.

Went in this morning, no one was there, yet they are all talking. I’m looking at them and they are carrying on as if it’s a club. I mentioned if they can greet people and ask to take someone’s order, they’re funny acting. Very poor customer service at this location.

Drink that I had was poorly and sloppily made. Clearly missing some key ingredients. My caramel ribbon crunch had absolutely no crunch and barely any caramel. Sickening. Not to mention their disgusting display case with gnats all over their food. Sloppy place with sloppy baristas.

This location can be very very busy. Especially on the weekends as it is in the mall. There isn't much of a waiting area so it can get super congested in there. The drinks are average. Honestly after this most recent visit I don't know if I'll be back due to what appears to be lack of cleanliness. While waiting in line I looked into the glass food case and was disgusted by the molded sandwich and number of dead bugs. I completely understand this is not the food that is served to the customers but does show lack of attention to detail and lack of cleanliness. N.A.S.T.Y
