This location can be very very busy. Especially on the weekends as it is in the mall. There isn't much of a waiting area so it can get super congested in there. The drinks are average. Honestly after this most recent visit I don't know if I'll be back due to what appears to be lack of cleanliness. While waiting in line I looked into the glass food case and was disgusted by the molded sandwich and number of dead bugs. The service was quick, ordered a chai tea latte with 6 pumps of chai. The staff is friendly. The place is crowded on Saturdays. Overall, had a good experience, just thought the chai tea was much sweeter than what i have had before.
