Had crab cake sandwich the last time they were here. Tonight I had the Mac & Cheese with grilled chicken & hush puppies. Would definitely order it again.

This place I thought would be a good spot to have a late lunch with my family. Service is extremely slow on a Sunday even though there were only two people besides my family. Waitress was mediocre at best. She didn't check to see if we needed anything. I had to yell across the room to get her attention for refills. I would not come back just because of the slow service and lazy waitress. The food on the other hand was good. So!

There is no breakfast brunch bar anymore. Bought out by new owners with new menu. On a Sunday morning, they already ran out of waffle mix. The tater tots that are on the menu are not available. The website is very deceiving because it still advertises the breakfast bar. On a previous lunch venture the food was just alright. This is my second time here and I am disappointed. The waitress claims that this place will be undergoing renovation and that's why there's such a miscommunication. I would highly recommend other places for a brunch destination.

Walked up at about quarter to 9pm last night and the doors were locked - lights on, people inside, door itself says they're open until 10pm. Hadn't ever been before; don't think we'll go back.

We were greeted quickly and seated. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was well-seasoned, the right temperature, and delicious. I enjoyed the sunrise burrito and my friend had the chicken and waffles. We shared a pitcher of mimosas. I would definitely return and will recommend to friends.

Really needs to step up its game. We know there are new owners and we know they are going to close for remodeling/ however in the meantime lousy attention to details and not worth going back to... new owners and wait staff just hang out drinking - while the 2 or 3 customers have to go up to the bar and ask for service or return luke warm drinks...low energy , poor attention to customers suggest it may be a tax write off with no intention of becoming a Fan destination.

Great decor, ambiance. Our waitress was wonderful. The pot pie was like grandma's. Will be back.

Strawberry Street Cafe in good 'ol Richmond, Virginia. One of my favorite spots, food is consistently good with great service as well. Located in a neighborhood setting with on street parking. There is also a place behind the restaurant in an alley. Good way to start off our "Tacky-Light Tour" of Christmas lighting in Richmond. Killer salad bar, sitting in a "bathtub" with soup, fruit, and more. I'm going with the chicken pot pie made fresh daily. My wife went for the French Dip sandwich, which she said was awesome. Finish off with cocktails, skipped dessert. By the way, dessert menu looked really good. Pound cake, drizzled with chocolate along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Yum! But not this time. We were fairly full from dinner. When in Richmond, this is a must to get eats. Enjoy.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. I had the chicken pot pie with fries and onion rings, and my girlfriend had the Denver omelette with cheesy hash browns. I thought the pot pie was delicious. A good mix of chicken and potatoes and veggies. The sauce was also very good. My girlfriend really liked her omelette - was loaded with meat and veggies as well. I tried the hash browns and really liked them; the cheese added a different dynamic. Thought the atmosphere was just ok but overall I had a positive experience here. I would return but am also not dying to come back; I think we ordered the right food and is why we enjoyed it so much - I think we could've had a different experience if we ordered differently. Would recommend to others local in the area.

Under new ownership...have tried to call but get hung up on. They have not informed the public of when they are open or closed. Bad for business. Won't make it.

Food was very good. Daily lunch special of Hot Roast Beef Sandwich with 2 sides (my choice) of sautéed Brussels sprouts and fresh fruit was delicious. Large enough to take half home as leftovers. Service was outstanding.

Great service! Crab cake benedict awesome! warm cinnamon buns would be a nice addition. The hot food could have been warmer..and maybe consider cheese less grits and potatoes for the dairy free people. Thanks!

For a Sunday morning brunch, it took over 90 minutes for our table of eight to be served. When the food did finally arrive, it was cold for most of us, and only okay. A very disappointing experience overall. Would not recommend to others.

I liked this place before until that time when i came and I ordered my breakfast the first time was cold, the eggs not well done as I ordered them, I told the manager which he was in very bad attitude and not even saying sorry for what happened. The redo our dishes and same mistake, cold, not cooked good and bad attitude from their manager. I hated that and i left . AND I'm NOT Going back to that place.
