Uliveto is a warm and inviting restaurant with fantastic food and attentive service. The olive bread and octopus special were highlights, although the olive bread could have been served warm. The flounder entree, while cooked well, had a large portion size and needed improvement in presentation. The bacon and halloumi bruschetta is delicious and reasonably priced. The espresso martini is a must-try, considered the best in the area. The restaurant has the potential to become a community staple by focusing on a smaller menu with well-executed dishes to ensure consistent quality and keep costs down. A separate wine bottle menu could be considered to enhance the dining experience.
