They might as well shut down this location just like they did for the Midlothian village location. Awful service took 15 minutes to get a burger and fries and I received the food cold.
After hearing about Wendy’s new way to screw over customers, I decided to never visit again as I implore all potential customers to do the same. Wendy’s, your food isn’t worth paying the base price for, so why would anyone pay your surge pricing.I’m certain that this idiotic idea was the brain child of one of your recently hired business school grads who by the way have no experience or relevance in the real world. This has to be one of the worst Wendy's drive-thru, I have been too.
