The service was exceptional. I don't know who the women was that took my order, but she was extremely polite, patient, and professional.
Are they practicing the dynamic pricing at this location? The menu says one price and then when it gets into your cart it doubles! There's too many decent places around to settle for that so I back out and ordered something else.
And just be wary that once your card is charged, there is no way to fix a mistake. I made an online order and went to pick it up... I see a new drink and ask if I can place an order for that. I end up getting charged for the online order twice?...read full review
Fast and food was hot
Wendy's is a well-known restaurant that offers great customer service and delicious food. The double baconator burger remains a popular choice, and the chicken biscuit is still said to be better than McDonald's. The front counter service can be slow at times, especially with newer staff. However, the restaurant has recently addressed some issues, with the new General Manager Dennis and his team quickly resolving order discrepancies to the satisfaction of customers. Additionally, a young African American employee named Kim has been praised for her exceptional customer service, working efficiently and professionally to turn a potentially negative experience into a positive one. Overall, Wendy's continues to provide fresh and hot meals with a side of friendly service, and the restaurant seems to be making efforts to improve its operations.
