The drive thru cashier was rude.I asked for my mobile order and ordered other items in the drive thru.The attendant had a problem and said that I can only do one order at a time.I have several frosty key tags asked for two jr frosty with my order and was only allowed to purchase one having four free jr frosty tags.The restaurant did not have toys for the kids meal so the attendant claimed.

I’ve always had problems with this Wendy’s, from getting orders wrong, one instance of them cancelling orders due to them being understaffed and they couldn’t open the store, just flat out bad service, and problems all around enough for me to make a whole review on Google for it. If you want some good food and service, realistically, it’s going to be a gamble.

I went to Wendy’s at 7809 Midlothian turnpike yesterday. I am very ill person and I’m in the final stages of life. I have 6 months to live. My husband wanted me to go thru drive thru but I walked right in side. I got waited on right away. I can only eat so much and when I find something I can eat, I go for it. I bought a apple pecan salad. I had tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese on it. I had them take off the grilled chicken and blue cheese crumble. I had 3 people waiting...read full review
