Standard American fare, old school deli/cafe inside a pharmacy. Food was decent. Service was good. The chairs were small and not very comfortable, wobbly table. If you're looking for decent priced food, nothing fussy or fancy where there's something for everyone, this is a good place to go.
We go to Westbury frequently for breakfast. Their food and service are excellent! Highly recommend them for breakfast and don't know about lunch. Haven't been there for lunch. But they're good food and good people.

I want to try the lunch counter again when the timing is right. Menu looks reallly good. Friends love it. I remember the cafe fondly from college days. I go to the Pharmacy for everything from gifts to vaccines and just recently for icepacks to help a friend getting a new shoulder. Everybody in there is so helpful, like the drug and soda counter from my childhood hometown. Don't forget to pick up Hubs or Virginia Diner Peanuts... and I bet you can't resist getting something sweet...read full review
