“What started off not so great had more than a great ending. I had ordered catering pick up for my son’s birthday party. My husband went to pick up the order at the pick up time but the food was not ready. He was provided several large bags and told all food was included. When he arrived home with the food I realized half the order was missing and there were no sauces or dressings. I called to ask if they could please deliver the order as we had 20 people in the house and were out of food at this point. Chic fil A not only delivered the remaining order, but they also threw in an entire extra nugget rams dessert tray and refunded my entire order. Excellent customer service that I did not anticipate. Thank you and we will be using again!“
“We love this Chick-Fil-A! It gets pretty busy (what CFA doesn’t?), especially on Saturday afternoons during lunchtime, but the staff is so friendly and helpful. We still enjoy going inside, in spite of the crowds. They’re quick and usually accurate in taking and fulfilling our orders. “One of the best Chic fil as I have been to. The staff was extremely friendly, and not in an overly sickening kind of way. The drive through was one of the most quick and efficient that I have ever witnessed. We ate in the store and watched the flow of cars. They seemed to never have to stop, once their order had been taken. Thanks to the crew at this particular facility. Keep up doing what you do.“
“This is an amazing place to eat, all employees are fantastic, I will say that I didn't see a lot of areas for people with babies or small children , which is not a bad thing , I really felt like I was eating a college hangout with the surroundings.“
“2/9/2024 Overall, an amazing experience! Brother Mike got "fancy nancy croissant sandwich" he said he was expecting more of the variety of ingredients that usually are in it, and I had 3 scoop plate(fruity fran, cranberry kelli, and dixie chick). I really appreciated the huge leaf of lettuce on the plate and would recommend that all the people who don't eat bread are to get extra pieces of lettuce to eat the scoops with. Now i have another idea with 13 different scoops to choose from, all 13 flavors on 1 plate and plenty of lettuce leaf to indulge in all CHICKEN SALAD CHICK has to offer. $24.78 for the 2 of us, we had water to drink. Place is clean, staff was friendly, spacious seating, plenty of parking.“
