DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!Went in to on a Saturday evening, three people were working. I placed a to go order inside, after waiting 20 minutes I was told there was no chicken of any type and I would have to wait 45 MORE MINUTES! One of the employees left, the other employee couldn’t stay off his phone, the third was severely overwhelmed and screaming out vulgarities. The kid on the cell phone went to make a wrap, put the shell down and picked his phone back up to take a selfie then walked to the corner leaving the shell on the counter. Nobody was wearing gloves, the place was filthy, the employees touched money and went to making food without washing hands or wearing gloves.. I got a refund. Disgusting!

Stopped at 8:30 on a Friday night, as I proceeded to order the ,gentleman Stopped me ! I told me ler me check if we have any chicken tenders cooked. "They aren't supposed to close until 10 pm," after telling me they had some , I pulled around to pay, after setting there several minutes he opened the window and gave me my drink and payed, asked me to pull up front and he'll bring me my food (no other cars behind me) and watching the 3 workers on there phones, I pulled to the front and waited for 15 minutes before my food was brought out! KFC that's how you lose customers!! Never again

Had to wait a long time before anyone noticed I was standing there.Staff was friendly.Food was mostly ok.Pit pie was hot, tenders warm, fries cold, only gave 2 sauce packets for the tenders and didn't mention catsup.I had to ask for a cup to go with the tenders meal.No napkins nor utensils were in the bag. Good thing I was heading home where I have catsup, napkins, and silverware.For $30+ it wasn't really worth the price for one meal deal, one a la carte, two extra sides, and two little desserts.

You order online and you give them 5 mins more then what the app says and it's still not ready. The manager just talks constantly if he would shut up the employees might be able to get something done. Just talking personal life stuff. Never have chicken ready always have to wait even when u order online. It isn't that hard to cook chicken. Popeyes need reg chicken there service is a lot better

1st of all I ordered 3 pot pies they were dried up....we threw that out.. Chicken had definitely been sitting under the light as it was way past the time to write off...the management wouldn't answer the phone when I called back... someone kept answering and hanging up.. uncalled for.... when I went back next day she was hateful and nasty.....
