If there is one thing I would like to see more of in Roanoke, VA, it's more food trucks. Slowly, but surely, more are cropping up, and I am grateful when real gems like La Cocina de Goyita arrive on the scene. La Cocina de Goyita is a Honduran food truck with more than just your standard fare. I visited LA Cocina de Goyota today for the first time. The food was great. I had chicken tacos. They were seasoned well and the salsa was great too. My order was done fast and the service was great. Definitely would recommend.
