Lived here in Roanoke basically my entire life and never tried this place before. I’m mad that I’ve had 28 years to be eating here & just now discovering this today. We love to try new places & when we do we order a little of everything hoping it will work out lol. We got the beef pho, chicken fried rice 3 star spicy, curry puffs, steamed dumplings, and vegetable egg rolls and OMG best Thai food hands down. I have had dinner at this very small Thai restaurant. The food is very authentic and cooked to order including the soups. I told the owner I thought this is probably the best Thai food I had had outside of Thailand which I have visited several times. The service is also very welcoming and personable. There is only 4 to 5 tables and have always received excellent service.

Just had the best Thai meal I can remember. I am a fan of Thai food and found Nakhonthai in Roanoke by doing a map search and it is my new favorite. Very fresh and authentic! In addition to the excellent food we also had Outstanding service!
