I just had one of the best oyster po'boys I have ever had. Will definitely be back. The fish is super fresh. There seems to be just one woman, probably not named Peter, who does everything from table service to all the cooking. It's my kind of place. Can't wait for soft shell crab season.

The scallops we're just average as the ones are at a Chinese restaurant. The coleslaw was a -5 horrible!! Shrimp ok. Owned by Chinese. I would not recommend. Nothing like the old reviews.

I was honestly disappointed by the food. I kind of know what to expect going in, fried seafood at a cheap price. However, this place still somehow disappointed me despite the good prices. I got a crab cake sandwich and it was dry and extremely salty-- I don't like tartar sauce but I kept dipping my sandwich into the sauce so that the saltiness doesn't kill me. I also got a seafood gumbo but it was really watery and the only seafood in there was maybe 3 pieces of shrimp and some imitation crab.

Four of us stopped in for lunch on October 2,2019, We got one dozen male steamed blue crabs, one seafood platter, one shrimp platter and one oyster platter. Never ever judge a book by its cover. This food was actually way better than expected. The crabs were first rate and the platters were prepared perfectly with just a very light breading makes them very very tasty. Amazingly everything was very fresh tasting with them being so far from the ocean. We will be returning to this place quite often.
Not sure what the hype is about. All of the seafood we tried tasted like they were frozen. Whiting has a very fishy smell and tasted stale. Shrimps and shrimp Po Boy was ok. Fries had a weird flavor, hush puppies were very oniony and dry. Coleslaw was room temp and not refreshingly chilled, otherwise decent. This "seafood" place is below average.
