“It's in a multi business strip mall. This place is on the right side on the right corner near the hair salon. It's the plaza immediately after Cuban island. Parking is pretty full so I recommend coming on an off time. Friendly staff but they weren't very helpful with explaining things. Apparently you take a form and fill it out and take it to the register to order. For that reason, I don't think it's exactly table side service. And then you go back after eating to pay... would make more sense to pay when you order and pay again if there's anything additional. Doesn't make it convenient for disabled persons. The handicapped seating is in the back and the seats are pushed very close to the table on the opposite end so anyone sitting with a disabled patron will need to keep that in mind. The chairs don't adjust and it's a very tight fit for any normal sized adult to squeeze into and out of. Decent portion size. I didn't particularly care for the meat but it was much better than Viet Sub location in Roanoke on the opposite end of Williamson. The noodles were Al dente and the broth was on the oily side. The broth was also warm and not hot. There are only 2 choices of condiments. No water, only bottled water for purchase. Everything comes in a recycle container. I got the beef broth with several cuts of beef. Small portion of the veggies and herbs. I would come back but I do think there's room for improvement. I think it would be helpful to put a sign to let people know what they're supposed to do when they walk in instead of them standing at the doorway waiting to be seated or walking to the counter and grabbing the menu( why bother if you have to use the form?) before sitting down. I give the place a 3.9 and rounded it up to a 4. Food is a 3.75/5, service is a 3.5/5.“
“Most dishes are fresh and tasty! There are a few items on the menu that we think could use improvement, or possibly more attention. We find this spot best for lunch time between 12-3pm.There’s also a small market in the back with lots of options for snacks, food, meat, noodles, teas, etc etc etc. from different Asian countries that you wouldn’t normally find in stores around Roanoke.They are short on help, but rarely ever get so busy that you may feel ignored. The cook and wait staff / host do a great job getting you everything you need.Building is old, dated and in need of repair in just about every corner. Although they do a great job of keeping the eating areas clean. Bathrooms desperately need renovations.“

“The food was delicious! Ordered 2 pho, 4 spring roll, pork bahn mi, and dumplings. All of my order was fresh, hot, and delicious! Not to mention my spring rolls were rolled perfect! The rice paper wasn’t hard in any spots, pork flavorful, great portion inside. The fish sauce was perfectly balanced. I love that it had some spice to it. I ordered from DoorDash and the reason I say the service because I called just to tell them about my order in general. And the person on the phone was very kind. The person did not rush me off the phone or anything of that nature and I appreciate that in general because I know they probably were busy. So I recommend this place five stars! And they DONT skimp on the meat in the pho!! I appreciate that“
