Had order something been trying to call them to tell them either the phone rung or busy and they were slow in getting everyone's order to them there was a wait!!!!!! Today 09/13/22 was quick and easy thank you to the lady at the pay counter
I would prefer this mcdonalds over any other mcdonalds in Roanoke the food is always hot and fresh, and if they mess up they always correct itwithout giving attitude which is very nice. Thank you!

I have never once in 18 years been disappointed by this McDonald’s. Such sweet smiling staff, food is always hot and service is always fast. Not sure what this location does differently, but it sure does not go unnoticed! Keep up the good work and thank you for your kind service.
