Bar & Grill near Springfield

“This place looked good so we wanted to give it a try. We got the pollo saltado (chicken with red onion and fries in a tasty sauce with rice) and pesto lomo (beef with spaghetti in a basil pesto). Both were served with garlic bread, and both were delicious. I asked for the chicken to be without tomatoes. Unfortunately it was served with tomatoes, but Geraldine apologized and quickly replaced it with no tomatoes. We also tried the raspberry cola inglesa (yum) and flancocho - a chocolate / vanilla-ish (?) cake that was delicious. The prices seemed a bit high, but the food and menu seemed very authentic. 100% Peruvian according to them... Our bill said "Hot and cold" so maybe it's their partner?“

“Food is decent, though a bit on the expensive side for what it is. Service was fine, though the recommended tip on the machine starts at 20%, and the server holds it while staring at you, which, as a former restaurant worker of 20 years, kinda rubbed me the wrong way. Fyi, the bottom bun of the burger was so soggy it kinda just fell apart, also when getting fries get the regular don't get the parm truffle, made them soggy.“

“The chicken Alfredo is about as close to perfect as you can get. Similar accolades from partner on the chicken fingers and the pizza is hands down.Vegetarian options: Reasonable vegetarian options. Default vegan options are limited due to cheese/dough, but I'm pretty sure that the cook and the owner would do custom.“

“I just hosted an event for work at this location. They did a wonderful job at accommodating my group as well as providing great service during the event. The manager Lucia was present the whole time and checked in with me throughout the event. The waiter Luis was quick and kind and stayed on top of this large groups drink orders. I am very happy and my group of 40 people had a great time at this event.I will say my guests raved about the mac n cheese bites as well as the cauliflower wings. The food was fresh and hot when presented in our buffet.“
