“I'm from NC so I naturally went in for the NC pulled BBQ sandwich. It wasn't quite what I'd call NC BBQ but it was good none the less. I'll definitely return when I'm craving a little bit of home. And the sweet tea was awesome.“
“For the prices, good food and decent selection of beer. The building is a little run down and the owner is a complete goofball. He saw me with my tablet and told me I better not be trying to hack into his network. I was just reading the WSJ online. Weird dude, has some social skills issues. Hence my rating of 3 for atmosphere. The rest of the staff are pretty pleasant. Not a bad spot if you can avoid the owner.“
“Now this is where I go with my co-workers & chill. I like the way Linda at the bar remembers all of our names & I go a bit, but not enough that my name is recalled! Thanks Linda! The food is a solid. Oh yeah they have a daily menu & happy hour! Try taco Tuesdays you won't regret it!“
“You can't just walk up to the Front Porch and be seated. You first have to go to one of the sister restaurants next door, ask to be seated at the Front Porch, then they'll escort you back to the Front Porch. It's a little strange and we watched many succumb to this unnecessary back and forth. We all enjoyed our meals. The smash burgers were especially amazing! The menu felt a little limited in terms of selections, which is why two of us ended up choosing the burgers in the first place. All in all, a decent experience.“
“I had a great time at Burton’s Grill (Alexandria) yesterday (9/30/23). The food was amazing, the drinks were good and strong. The staff was awesome. The GM came and introduced himself to us. The chef came out and talked to us about our food allergies. Our server “T” was as so amazing. She went above and beyond. I really enjoyed myself and I will be back.“
