I use to work at this Baskin Robbins and I was fairly happy working there for the time being. Customer service was one of the things that I remember was crucially important. The one favorite shake I get when I go to Baskin Robbins, use to be a promotional drink and they still make promotional stuff if you remember how it was made. this one coworker (koda) was so nice and got everything a asked for I got about 20 things while the other 2 were laughing in the back and making rude jokes about customers, when I went to pay one of the other girls got it wrong and made be pay double of what I asked for while koda was getting everything in a bag and koda told them that it was wrong but they didn't listen Over all koda did so good but the other girls deserve a 1 star

Service with a smile. I called the store having a bad day with a sleeping baby in the car begging for some ice cream. This man happily takes my order and brings it out to me with a smile. It might have been a small gesture to some but it made my day. Thank you so so much. Coming again soon.
