I use to work at this Baskin Robbins and I was fairly happy working there for the time being. Customer service was one of the things that I remember was crucially important. The one favorite shake I get when I go to Baskin Robbins, use to be a promotional drink and they still make promotional stuff if you remember how it was made. The shake I get, is an Oreo Shake, with hot fudge on the bottom of the cup, and oreo crumbles in the shake. It's smooth, a little chewy from the oreo crumbles being blended in with the shake, and the hot fudge on the bottom of the drink adds a different temperature and flavor that meshes well with the oreo shake.Kid-friendliness: Really great place. I see kids and families come to Baskin Robbins almost all the time.

this one coworker (koda) was so nice and got everything a asked for I got about 20 things while the other 2 were laughing in the back and making rude jokes about customers, when I went to pay one of the other girls got it wrong and made be pay double of what I asked for while koda was getting everything in a bag and koda told them that it was wrong but they didn't listen Over all koda did so good but the other girls deserve a 1 star

Service with a smile. I called the store having a bad day with a sleeping baby in the car begging for some ice cream. This man happily takes my order and brings it out to me with a smile. It might have been a small gesture to some but it made my day. Thank you so so much. Coming again soon.

I didn’t think their ice cream was all that from what I remembered of them long ago, but I was so wrong! They have so many unique flavors and they are all delicious! I’m a new fan of baskin robins and haven’t been disappointed since I’ve been coming.

Today at 2:30 all doors were locked. No sign on the door saying closed or step away nothing. I shouldn't have had to go to giant for ice cream.

My family hits this store a few times a year. The lines are large every summer, lots of demand since south run park is so close. It's an ice cream spot, not a 5 star restaurant. We found the staff to be nice and it gets the job done. Thx BR
