I ordered a six pack of cinnamon buns from here to be delivered as a surprise. The Door Dash person walked up with one little cinnamon bun in a bag. I called the store and she said something I didn't understand, then offered to let me come pick up the six pack or get a refund. I opted for the refund, which hasn't happened. But I also paid for delivery, which I never would have done had it not been a special occasion, and had it been more than one item. Why do they even offer delivery?...read full review

I order from here at least twice a week. My son went to order at 745. They told him they don't take cash...by the time hecane and got my card and went back it was about 752pm. They said they have now closed their register. I approached the manager and she shrugged me off...offering no explanation. I know it was because they wanted to leave but if you close at 8pm,then orders should be taken up until that time. But to give him the run around because you wanted to leave. Amazing Cinnabon's! I enjoy going to the Springfield Mall location as they tend to have specials and discounts! I'd 100% recommend this location for the quality. However the service could definitely use some work. Each and every time I've gone to this location the staff have not been friendly, nor helpful, the energy and the vibe that's given is one in which you're made to feel as if you're bothering them! I hope management sees this, some retraining may be in order!.
