Stopped by Hot Peppercorn restaurant in Springfield as it is directly next to Trader Joes's and we needed to grab lunch. I definitely had higher expectations for this spot, however it barely made the mark. Upon walking in, the restaurant has many large tables and booths, we were seated at a booth.
