“It's the best double spicy tuna I have ever had. I have had the spicy tuna at Earl's in Tyson Corner, but this location is by far the best. I had another order to go after I ate my meal. Service was amazing and very customer friendly. Will be back for sure!!“
“Umi Japanese Cuisine is my favorite place for sushi in town. I wish I could say that my four years of being stationed in Japan lend credibility to this review, but unfortunately, they don’t—I don’t remember the taste of anything from 20 years ago. However, I want to offer a helping hand to those of us who want to explore the various sushi rolls but don’t know what they look like. Here are my top three favorites so far: The Charles Roll, The Surf & Turf Roll, and a roll that was on special. I also picked a sake that has the letter ‘G’ in its name, like my name. I had no other basis for choosing a sake, other than the fact that I don’t like it too sweet. The owner, Chen, and the team were efficient as always. My family and I also spend every Christmas here for lunch.“
“I am obsessed. Obsessed with the variety of things you can get for a set price. I love the no-waste policy, which forces you to moderate your own eating in a buffet, but it's how things should be.Some of the food lacks a bit of flavor, but if it's authentic Asian, maybe it's like that? I don't mind, because I will keep coming here since I can deal with some food being a little less flavorful since the rest certainly is great! I can get takoyaki, ramen, sushi, sashimi and more in one sitting without fear of missing out.Even their desserts are good. Great Oishi sweet donuts and creamy ice cream.I only took off one star for the food, which I explained and one star for service. Their service is excellent and prompt, they are attentive, but sometimes there is a language barrier which can make it a bit frustrating to deal with until another server can help. I don't mind this as much either, since eventually they will learn more of the local language, but when you're hungry and want to get food fast, it can get in the way.“
“Visited twice. Got all you can eat both times. Is very worth it. Everything fried is very good. Shrimp Tempura, vegetable Tempura gyoza, even the chicken nuggets are really good. They come out fresh and hot. The sushi is very good for northern Virginia. Fried rice and teriyaki was lacking, but small portions make it feel like you don't waste much if you don't like something. They are quite fast in bringing out food and check on the table frequently. I will stop here regularly when I am in town.“
“My family & I enjoyed our meal. I had the Captain Miso, the sauce was buttery and delightful, but my lobster tail had a char that gave it a bitter taste. My dad had the sushi platter, my step mom had onion rings & fried shrimp along with chicken shumai. My nieces had sushi appetizers, shrimp fried rice, and Pho. My brother had singapore noodles & sushi.“
“One of the best places to have lunch if you work in Quantico. Had lunch here recently. Ordered Chicken Teriyaki Bento box and for $11.95 , you get soup, salad, rice, chicken, veggie tempura, 4 rolls of California rolls. Now that’s one amazing deal and it was good food indeed. Thank you.“
“Great food, great price, great customer service. By far the best sushi place for several miles. The all you can eat price is set fair, and honestly a bit cheap when compared to competitors. Would HIGHLY recommend this place if you’ve been having any craving for sushi!“
“Delightful sushi options, wonderful service, and we discovered a new green tea in a can that were in love with (Green Jasmine!)... Yum! The ramen was tasty, but we definitely preferred the sushi. Pictured are the Monster Roll and Marilyn Mon Roll... Just delightful. This place offers 50% off sushi on certain days and certain menu items ... Definitely worth it to check it out. The staff were all friendly and inviting, too!“
“Everyone working here are always diligent and strive to make your orders correct every time. Out of all the places I frequent in the area, Poke Sushi has never let me down in accuracy of fulfilling the orders, unlike other fast foods or restaurants that something is always missing.Only critique I'd give them is that the Sriracha Aioli is sometimes too hot, like fire-breathing dragon hot! This has made me ask for the Sriracha Aioli on the side.“
“We originally started in the bar area and then moved over to the habachi area. Our orders were taken and then we got our soup and salad. Then our chef came out. He had some funny jokes and was very friendly. I ordered the chicken teriyaki which my chicken was cooked the way I liked it. I got the mushrooms too. Everything was delicious. I took a lot home with me which ended up being 2 meals for later.“
“We have tried 4 different sushi spots in Fredericksburg before finding Fujiya House. Hidden in a corner off of Carl D. Silver Pkwy, we were hesitant because of the external appearance of the establishment. Do not judge this book by it's cover. The rolls were fresh and well prepared by Zaza, and the staff, especially Brandon and Emani, were happy and helpful. The numerous hibachi tables were full of happy patrons, but we came for the sushi. Without a doubt this is our sushi spot here in the Burg. If you haven't tried Fujiya House yet, you're missing out.“
“Good food and a decent value. I went for lunch and had the Bento with ginger chicken. The meal was tasty and the portions were just right. The atmosphere and service are nothing special but I would recommend the place for a quick work lunch for under $20.“
