They were so flexible with us in cake flavors and allowed us to try soooo many different flavors when we couldn't make up our mind. Alan and Robyn are super easy to work with and so knowledgeable. The delivery to the venue was seamless and the design on the cake was exactly how we had imagined. We were hoping for a few extra slices to have the following day, but our guests loved the cake so much too that we ended up not having any leftovers!
So far I have had my wedding cake, two birthday cakes and a baby shower cake with cupcakes made by Edible Incredibles…..and they have been fantastic!!! The customer service is great, the staff is always friendly and helpful and the cakes are AMAZING! With every event the cakes have ALWAYS been a hit and they not only look amazing but they taste even better. Regardless of the flavor, they are ALWAYS moist and absolutely delicious!
I was thrilled to find that this place was still in business! I lost track of them after they left Brambleton and Reston. Their cakes are out of this world. I tried the piña colada cake for the first time. Boy was that delicious! Years ago, my dad had been sick and I wanted to send him his favorite rum cake. The owner bent over backwards. He made it the last cake of the day before FedEx picked up that evening. He put it on dry ice and shipped it overnight, my dad still talks about how great that cake was. That was more than 10 years ago. As soon as I went into their new location, I was warmly greeted. The customer service was outstanding. It is a rarity these days to find excellent customer service, and an excellent product in the same place. I. highly recommend this place. Thanks to the owners for being the same wonderful people they always have been.

I ordered two gender reveal cakes, which were different cake flavors, from Edible Incredibles as we didn't know the gender results when we made the cake order. Both cakes were delicious and presentation was great. Turns out we are having a boy! Thank you so much to Jim and team at Edible Incredibles!
Amazing! They did an amazing job for our wedding! Everyone loved the cake! Then for our one year anniversary they gave us a free cake to celebrate! Cannot recommend them enough!

We had an AWFUL wedding experience with Edibles Incredibles. We confirmed our order & they sent us a completely different invoice for another persons wedding. They have zero sense of organization. We called the day before the wedding to confirm delivery time and the day of the wedding they took it upon themselves to change the delivery time from 1:30PM to 3:00PM (which was the time of our ceremony) They claim the hotel requested the change but I remained in very close contact with the hotel and this change was never decided by anyone but Edibles Incredible. When the delivery driver did arrive he was very rude. Our order also included desserts we did not request- one of which a guest of ours was very allergic to! So this mistake is an incredibly dangerous one especially when we tried so hard to confirm our order multiple times. Overall, we felt zero confidence in them throughout the entire process & it added so much stress to an already stressful process.

Given the poor customer service we received from Edible Incredibles I am compelled to write this review. We contracted with them 8 months before the wedding to design and build our daughter’s wedding cake. We also ordered gluten free cupcakes and an assortment of handmade candies. We were excited to have them do it since their cakes and candies tasted delicious. However, when the cake and extra items arrived LATE and with the INCORRECT cake design and candies, my daughter noticed it immediately and wife just broke down in tears.You have only one chance to get a wedding cake right for a customer. Edible Incredibles blew it in a magnificent way. My wife and daughter spent several months designing the cake. They sent pictures to Robyn so she could understand how the cake should look. A month before the wedding they met with Robyn to bring in the cake topper and finalize the details on the decorations. Robyn took extensive notes. The design had a lot of elements that had special meaning to my daughter and son-in-law. On the wedding day the cake arrived a little more than an hour late (which was a half hour before the wedding was supposed to start!). My wife noticed immediately that the cake was nowhere near what was designed and paid for and started to cry. At this point it is too late. Plus, the delivery person brought the cake through the front door uncovered through the rain instead of the back so everyone saw the cake come in and my wife in tears. His attitude was remarkably rude and disrespectful (again for all of our guests to see – and they commented on it) where it seemed he just wanted to get out as soon as he could. There is no excuse for this kind of unprofessional attitude.My wife went to the store on Monday (wedding was on Saturday) to complain about the cake, the candy, and how we were treated. She was met by the delivery guy who was tending the counter. My wife asked to speak to Robyn or Allen. While my wife was explaining to Robyn what was wrong with the cake and the service, Robyn’s husband Allen, started to defend their actions in front of my angry and upset wife to the point where Robyn had to correct his behavior in front of her. After explaining how the cake was not designed correctly Robyn took out her notes and both agreed the cake was indeed not designed correctly which included one layer of the cake being the wrong flavor. Robyn itemized what was missing from the cake (which included part of the cake topper too) and the candies that were ordered but were delivered incorrect, which amounted to approximately 1/3 of the total order. Robyn said she was going to put the credit into the system the following day. However, it has been more than a month now and we have yet to receive the credit.This experience has been a disaster on an extremely special day they could have made extra special but didn’t. Though the flavor and consistency of their baked goods is great, I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone use them for wedding cakes. It seems they can’t follow directions, don’t listen to the customer’s needs and desires, try to blame the customer for their mistakes, rude, and don’t follow through on what they told the customer they would do to remedy mistakes made on their part.

went to pick up a doordash delivery order and the gentleman there (I didn't catch his name sadly) was so incredibly nice, he gave me my own slice of cake (4 layer chocolate mousse) and 3 lil chocolate goodies! the cake was so incredibly good and rich, if I ever find the need to order cake from here this place is definitely going to be my first option!

Disappointed in my wedding cake. The flavors were good, but the decorations were not what I asked for. I specifically asked for a particular floral design that I sent the bakery to be stenciled in gold on every other level of the cake. When the cake arrived, the back of the cake was bare, there were flowers on every level, and they were not stenciled. Instead our flowers had been done in gold edible paper, which was not what I asked for and did not look elegant. Not worth the hefty price tag attached.

I love love love their caramelicious cake! Ordered one for my parents 55th aniversary dinner. Sent my daughter to pick it up on sat bcuz they are closed on sun. But there was some mix up with the dates and the cake wasn’t ready!!! But the owner, Robyn, called as soon as she found out and made the cake that day!!! And instead of the 8” cake I ordered she delivered a cake 5x’s that size! It was so delicious and arrived just in time!!! Thank you for the yummiest cake! Everyone loved it!
