Have you ever waited 25 minutes for boba tea? Well do not waist your time going here. The experience was horrible and when you thought it could get worst no one that works there do not know how to refund me my money. Really bad experience. Ordered a boba drink, tasted really bad. Also took at least 20 minutes to make and there were only 2 customers. When I asked if it was almost ready, the person said that it just took a long time to make and proceeded to keep talking with a co worker. Once he finished, then he got started on my drink. Had to get a refund because it tasted bad.

Someone get these kids their manager. Multiple health code red flags going on. Ordered simple green tea, nothing added. Walked to Cinnabon to get something, drink still wasn't done.
