Someone get these kids their manager. Multiple health code red flags going on. Ordered simple green tea, nothing added. Walked to Cinnabon to get something, drink still wasn't done. Was the only customer, noticed the only drink being made was being shaken with milk. I asked if that was mine, they said yes, and I corrected them saying that wasn't what I ordered and mentioned because I can't have milk (lactose intolerant). The instant eye rolls and the 3 workers basically bickering at each other ...playing the blame game. One worker said a weak apology and then TOOK THE DRINK TO THE BACK for who knows why, dumped the drink, used the SAME CUP to make the tea drink, put it in the microwave to heat it up. I said "Are you using the same cup? I can't do milk". Kids looked dumbfounded when I asked for a new cup. What did they do? Poor the now contaminated drink above the sink, in a new cup, wiped the SIDE WITH THEIR HAND, STIRED IT WITH A SPOON IN THE SINK, then handed it with the lid on. I was speechless. I just walked with it and sniffed it. Hot milk smell and my tea, even the water smelled more off. Saw other reviews say they can't do a refund. A waste of $6 for stupidity. Someone cite this one for health code and keep your workers in check. If you get sick drinking anything here, this is a good example as what prob they did.

Have you ever waited 25 minutes for boba tea? Well do not waist your time going here. The experience was horrible and when you thought it could get worst no one that works there do not know how to refund me my money. They ask if I could come back in 2 hours because the manager is busy doing other things. I told Joelle no we can not wait and he informed me to come back tomorrow. I feel like I am being prank right now. This is what happens when you have a manager that doesn’t know how to run a store.

Really bad experience. Ordered a boba drink, tasted really bad. Also took at least 20 minutes to make and there were only 2 customers. When I asked if it was almost ready, the person said that it just took a long time to make and proceeded to keep talking with a co worker. Once he finished, then he got started on my drink. Had to get a refund because it tasted bad.

The worst boba tea i've ever had. I ordered a yogurt drink that costed $9 which I ended up throwing away because it was so disgusting. the boba pearls that was added was mushy and gross. The cashier also acted like he hated his job, as if someone picked him up on the streets and handed him the job. the workers were very unprofessional arguing in front of each other about how to make a drink. As they were arguing, the cashier dude suddenly told my friend "so are you going to order"? in a rude tone. anyways, if you decide to get your boba tea here good luck, i will never be coming back.

Horrible customer service. They gave me a different drink than I ordered, and offered no apology or refund. The worker told me they needed a manager to do the refund, but I wound up leaving because no one came out to help for ten minutes.

Customer service here was terrible. The guy at the register was extremely rude and gave an "I hate my job" attitude. Like I asked a simple question about size (difference between hot and large). In the most monotone voice, he's like hot is hot, and large is large. Obviously I meant what is the size of a hot drink because you are using a temperature for one size and it's confusing. It's common sense what I was asking. Then finally the drinks came. They were nothing above and beyond. It was ok. But definitely not worth $36 I spent for 3 drinks.

The tea is good but sweet. There are many other flavors available and is definitely worth a try if you've never had one before.

Worst staff ever! It's second time happening to me. Taro milk tea is a big NO here. It is completely different in taste and look.Also the issue is never addressed properly from the staff such as over heat, cup is unable to hold hot tea.

I really wish they had a 0 star option.I selected this location to order on my app and learned after 1 minute of ordering because I arrived in the Sterling KF location that my drink location was in Dulles KF which is this location. I called this Dulles KF location right away (Within 1 minute of me ordering) trying to cancel but they would not pick up. After 10 minutes they answered the phone and informed me that they cannot give me a refund because the drink has been made and told me that I could have cancelled my order. How can I cancel my order if no one is picking up my phone call? They only answered my call after 10 minutes of constancy calling. I told them that no one was answering my phone call but the manager was firm and told me that he will not be able to issue a refund even if I don’t pick up my order. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They told me that the owner or him, the manager cannot do anything about it and try my luck with calling corporate for a refund. I love KF tea but would never ever buy any drinks from this location.

I ordered the green tea yakult today, along with strawberry shush. When I got my order, my drink looks like vomit and it's not appetizing whatsoever. The new staff needs to do better and if something went bad, throw it out and make a new batch. Never had an issue when I ordered at other places before. Will not be going back. If I could I would post a pic of the drink.
