Opening night of the Barbie movie (i took my daughter) and by nearly 10pm they were out of the special barbie flavor but still had every other flavor so NBD for this coffee and chocolate loving duo! The cold stone method of being able to add mix-in to whatever flavor you want makes it stand out (and this location is ideal for movie-goers)
Visited the Suffolk location this afternoon and 3 servers and a service worker was there (making a lot of loud noises) for a drain or something wish they would have done that before the store opened but female manger I think was very friendly and trying to help the line she was hopping over the equipment to make sure we had a good and fast experience here (loved that a manger was able to go above and beyond for us) we did still have a little bit of a wait due to the service workers...read full review

Went for ice cream on Sunday, Sept. 17th and waited a very, very long time. When it was my turn to order, I was made to wait 20 minutes while they completed side work. The line grew in size and that didn't seem to bother the tall young lady. The lobby was completely full. Senior citizens who clearly had trouble standing for long periods of time were getting frustrated.
