This place has become awful. It smells like dirty mop water and none of the counters are clean, ice cream split all over them and not sanitized. Ice cream, cookie dough, etc. all sitting on the counters uncovered. I received melted ice cream after watching 3 people “working” and only one doing orders. When we asked about the melted ice cream they stated it wasn’t as melted as it looked very rudely. i used to love going to this cold stone but i will not be going back anymore.

Ordered a cake for my son’s 3rd birthday. 60$ for a birthday cake and it looks horrible. What a disappointment ?

My husband and I were in this Coldstone store in Harborview, Suffolk earlier this week and were waited on by two of the most incompetent, rude staff. The creations that we asked for included strawberries. We couldn't get them because the dang strawberries were frozen rock hard. So we changed or altered creations and they didn't even combine/mix them well. When we got home, we placed them in the freezer to harden some more. Tonight we decided to eat some of our creations, but we're so disappointed by the large frozen rock hard bananas and lack of the add-ons we requested!! We feel like we got gyped by these two people!! We've NEVER had anything like this happen as long as we've been going to Coldstone (which is usually every month)!! Plus we always get the Everybody's size!! Also one of these people put too much ice cream on the marble slab and after mixing was going to throw the excess away instead of trying to get it in the carton. This was the ice cream visit from hell! We are elderly and try to treat everyone right and with respect but we don't feel we were given that same respect! I'm going to have to go to another store or file a complaint to corporate. Not happy in the least!! I guess it wasn't our lucky day to visit Coldstone Harborview?

I've given one star because the ice cream is good. But, the customer service is awful. The people working in the Sulfok store does not smile and will give not equal servings to people of color. This is a traviousty and I will not continue patronizing this company. If one store protrates this behavior, then all stores protrates this image.

Just left this location at at 4:30 PM Sunday October 8th, 2023. The only 2 employees that's working there at this time have NO CLUE at all what they're doing. Just better October leave and go somewhere else lol
Visited Thursday 9/21, wasn't too busy, service was great (Emily was very nice), and the Cookie Dough was great! (I'd recommend getting it with the waffle cone)

PAINT DRIES FASTER -Went in Sunday 9/17/23 at 4:00 was not served until 4:45. We were about 10th in line. The tall [woman] walked away from the service counter and began cleaning waffle maker and sweeping the floor. THERE WAS AT LEAST 25 PEOPLE IN LINE. The other person was nice, but extremely slow. To the owner: you are going to seriously lose money, or at least not make nearly the potential. This is not the first time this has happened. We would not have waited but we were "all in" at that point. Disgusting behavior by your employees. The cleanup crew that came in at 5 put the morning crew to shame, had the line moving within minutes.

Went for ice cream on Sunday, Sept. 17th and waited a very, very long time. When it was my turn to order, I was made to wait 20 minutes while they completed side work. The line grew in size and that didn't seem to bother the tall young lady. The lobby was completely full. Senior citizens who clearly had trouble standing for long periods of time were getting frustrated. I could not figure out if they just didn't want to serve me or they do not care about customer service. Those waffle cone bowls were moved from one side to the next with precision. Not one cone broke!Customers should come before scraping down the waffle cone maker in my opinion. Selling the product is what earns the money to pay the salaries. If people are leaving because you refuse to serve anyone, the business loses money. On a good note, she cleaned the waffle cone maker very well and there wasn't a crumb in sight. Not one. Trust us, we all watched for 20 solid minutes.If you are looking for a quick cone, this is not the place. It felt like that Seinfeld episode at the soup counter. You may get served, you may not.My suggestion is to retrain and better supervise, maybe add a camera or two. I bet your profits would increase by at least 20% based on the number of customers that turned away.Giving this business 2-stars because the product is great, the service is subpar (if you are lucky enough to be served).

It was a bit busy there, and I did an order ahead. Still took another 15-20 minute wait to get my order. The ice cream is always good, that's why I give it 4 stars.

They dont do banana splits. How in the name of all that is HOLY AND JUST does a place that markets its ice cream not do Banana Splits. The Staple of Ice Cream Joints since the creation of Ice Cream Joints... Thats like Pepsi no longer making Pepsi. Or A&W Root Beer without the Float. Its not Humane!!! on National Banana Split Day of all days.... This is Heracy
