Decided to try the new candied bacon burger and get some coleslaw. Lady comes in from the drive thru because she waited a long time and all she wanted was mashed potatoes and gravy. After waiting 5 more minutes she finally got it. Then after waiting about 5 more minutes I went back to the counter and this kid who was just standing around yells back that there's someone at the counter. Manager comes back inside and asks if I got my order yet and I tell her I have not. She checks the hot hold and grabs the burger I saw sitting there the whole time I was waiting for someone to help me. Total wait time for 1 burger, fries, and a side of coleslaw 15 minutes! And for $2.49 you get a 2 ounce portion cup of coleslaw. That's like 2-3 spoonfuls.

I entered into the restaurant to 3 other individuals awaiting to be served in line. No one was at the front register for more than 5 min. They were all attending the drive thru, even the manager. We all patiently waited. No one acknowledged us or said a word! No “ I’ll be with you” an apology or anything. The female manager walked up to the front with a cash till and never looked up or again acknowledged the patrons at the front. I asked an associate was anyone working the front and if we could get service. It was said by the associate that he/she don’t work the front. Really!? And I guess he/she don’t know who or what each other job assignments are! Wow!!I thought the positions were called team members clearly they don’t work as a team and should me re-trained. The level of customer service is a disgrace! We all left, all 4 customers in total. Their loss.

Ughhh....I ordered a biscuit in the drive through and ate it in my car. I was disappointed and the amount of grease was way over the top. My cheese wasn't even melted. I cannot believe I was charged around $8 for a bacon, fried egg, and cheese biscuit alone. I had to use the bathroom so I went inside after I finished eating....wow, just wow, it is filthy in there! I almost threw up thinking about having eaten something that came out of there! Never again!
Place is always under staffed, dirty and barely ever open on time for breakfast.

The manager Steve was prompt and employee Tae was very polite and had wonderful customer service I will def come back again if I'm in the area.Kid-friendliness: Lids meal and other options yo switch meals
Well was going to update my previous review after eating the less than mediocre food. Asked for ranch, got honey mustard, ranch was on the receipt so they heard me when I asked for it. Also ordered a plain hamburger, got one with mustard, ketchup, pickles, and lettuce. Asked for no slaw, got slaw. It's not hard to read a screen and prepare an order. I worked fast food when I was in high school. So either these adults need to go back to school or find a job that doesn't involve reading and serving customers. Will not be back to this location.
