“Went out to dinner to Something Different in Urbanna I just want to let the parents of the young lady who works in there named Lindsey know that their daughter is amazing. She knows her job very well there and she is a wonderful waitress. There was not a time that our drinks were empty and everything was on time ! Excellent service! Food was great and to be served with a smile and proud to be at her job we had a wonderful experience with her! 😊 Top notch Lindsey keep up the great work! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Sometimes we just need to know that our kids are doing something great in this world and this girl is doing exactly that !! “Our group of 4 ladies had lunch at Little Jimmy’s today. We all had the special, blackened shrimp quesadilla. Two of us had sweet potato fries and two of us had broccoli or green beans. We also had the cauliflower “wings” in the general tso sauce. EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious! It’s about an hour from us in Newport News but so worth the drive! We will be back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The ice cream and customer service were superb. My husband always gets vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles and the sprinkle job was like no other. Sprinkles in the bottom and every inch of the top. Every bite was sprinkle heaven. Had to give a shout out!”

“True hole in the wall bar and grill in a one stop light town. Creaky wood floors, peeling paint, knick knacks on the shelves, this place has character. Food is a home run... why? Because they take everything an extra step. Example: grilled chicken at every other joint- rubbery frozen chicken breast on boring bun, soft lettuce, mushy tomato. Here: grilled pulled chicken, virginia ham, cheese, spicy mustard/ mayo on a buttered grilled Texas toast... bang ... now that's a party in your mouth. Try the other sandwich concoctions... every one is a winner. Nice, honest folks that work here. You won't be disappointed. Instead of spending your hard earned lunch money at some chain restaurant joint... come spend it at a legit mom and pop establishment. Side note: they're so honest, the name is even legit.... it is actually on the Corner.”

“My wife and I heard about this restaurant from some friends and we decided to try it out for lunch on a beautiful Friday afternoon. We got there at about 2:30 and the staff were eager to help and serve us. We were the only people in a very nice dining area which did not distract from excellent service. We order a glass of wine and a Draft beer. Full lunch menu and we order the grilled chicken sandwich and the Philly Steak sandwich. Both were excellent and well prepared. Also had some onion rings and fries and they too were great. excellent experience and we will return.”

“We booked a reservation for our 25 th anniversary and were greeted warmly with “Happy Anniversary” which was nice. The server was excellent but we waited for our drinks for nearly 30 minutes after ordering and our dinner took nearly 50 minutes. It was not that busy with many empty tables. Our food was very good and it is a very nice atmosphere.”

“A nice little waterside restaurant with wonderful views. The staff was overwhelmed, but provided excellent service anyhow. Brian is always excellent, and the waiters stepped it up as best as possible to overcome the staffing deficiency. We had a wonderful lunch and will be back again.”

“I'm from Florida, we have very few Hardee's out there, and the ones we do have, they aren't like this. Hardee's has the best breakfast biscuits in the fastfood game. The pork chop and gravy biscuit is next level. Our drive thru person was also super nice and friendly. All the food was fresh and hot, hot enough to where I had to set it down and let it cook for a minute. Love it, will return.”
