“So I read the older reviews before posting mine and see that there are some harsh comments. Here is my experience at 1330 on a rainy and cold day - was the only customer and Tue staff was very friendly to me - though I started off joking with them, so maybe that set the tone. Chicken sandwich and burger. Cheesy tits and iced tea and dined in. Food very good - the dining area was clean and tidy. Crown on every table. So my experience was a 5 - no one ride to me - tho I don't tell people they are rude - even when they are - not my place and only leads to more negative experience- in my opinion“
“Just wanted to give a shout out to Hardee's for great idea of making heart shaped biscuits. I was feeling down one day and went to get breakfast, opened my container and there was a heart shaped biscuit. It made my day! Thanks Hardee's!“
“I went through the drive-through. I ordered the filet-o-fish meal. The drive-through was moving smoothly and quickly. My food was hot and fresh. My only complaints are the half slice of cheese they put on the fish sandwich, and they didn't give me salt and pepper. Customer service was great.“
“We went for lunch with our kids and were instantly greeted by Alejandro, this guy is awesome. He totally sold us on how amazing their food was, suggested with great alliteration what to get and gave us recommendations of what to do around town. We had two to the happy kids plates with cheese burgers, both kids loved them and their little toys. My wife and I shared a Remedy, Ballard Burger and Loaded Fries. Everything was delicious. “Love the food, and love the owners. This is our go-to spot on the West End of the park, and we get takeout from here once a week.Parking: Can get tough at weekend meal times to get parking. They are pretty busy at dinner time, and a lot of takeout customers. I always feel guilty parking in front of neighborhood houses when picking up on a Friday/Saturday night.“
“Love coming here, it has a retro dinner feel to it and the food is delicious. I love that you get to use a wall phone to call in your order to the kitchen and the lovely ladies bring the food out. They have outdoor parking and drive in style windows as well but we always love coming inside. Food is well made and not badly priced. A family can easily eat here and it's a fun date spot as a well. “These burgers are good. Don't be shy and get a triple or quad. Pick from the menu board or build your own. This last time we visited it was about 20 degrees outside and the grease was still frozen so no fries for us. We grabbed a table inside and enjoyed our meal. The location is very nice when it is warmer outside.“

The sausage minestrone soup (homemade) was delicious and my husband's hotdog was not only huge but so good, really didn't need the potato salad as a side but glad he got it. We were treated above and beyond by the lady we met at the counter who took our order, prepared our order and served us! This is truly a hidden gem in Verona Virginia, nice quiet, friendly spot!“
