Panera is a better fast food chain. This one is clean and what you'd expect.

I really like panera, but I'd like this location a lot more if they'd *put the rapid pickup orders on the pick up shelf*. Consistently, I'll order my lunch, go in, and there's multiple bags on the shelf and the counter, and I can't see the tickets for the ones on the counter, I don't know if they're mine, and if they are, is it ready, and then I have cold soup. Because *eventually* someone behind the counter will notice me standing there for ten minutes and ask if I'm waiting for an order. An order that never seems to be put *on the pick up shelf*. Why have a designated spot for picking up orders if it's not going to be used? So frustrating.

This is my favorite Panera. I loved sitting here with a bit of food / something to drink and working on my Master's or work projects at the tail end of COVID. I love the big window along one side that looks out on Maple Avenue. Parking is a challenge, but there's plenty around back.

You're portion when when I ordered the chicken noodle soup and a sour dough bread bowl was really small. It was like I got hardly any at all and I was still hungry and had to make more food when I got home. I don't expect the item to be the largest item in the world but there was hardly any supernatural and I was eating more bread than actually enjoying the chicken noodle soup. Those chocolate chip cookies look like they'd been out a while because they were all crummy and hard. It isn't that the people there aren't nice because they are very nice people. Wasn't pleased with the quality of the food that I received for the money I paid and felt they could do better.

Ate dinner here at 5pm on a Friday night. They were very busy but service was fast and we didnt have to wait lomg for our food. We had the chicken noodle soup, mac and cheese, and steak sandwich. The food was delicious. The soup was hot and a generous portion. It was full of chicken and hit the spot on a chilly evening. The mac and cheese and steak sandwich are a great value and very filling. The people here are friendly and efficient and the food came out fast and fresh.Our reason for 3 stars is the dining room was filthy. Food and paper on the floor. It had not been swept for several hours. Many of the booths have holes and are need of repair or replacement. While we like to eat here we would no longer consider taking guests here because of the condition of the dining room. It is sad to see this great establishment in such disrepair.

It's easy for franchises to feel impersonal, but this location gives neighborhood vibes. Lots of smiles and pleasantries, amazing customer service. I even watched a managing partner greet a customer by his first name! Feels like a local neighborhood bakery/eatery. Delicious, well-made, fresh food.

Excellent pizza on Panera Bread. What I like about it is they custom your pizza their bread is not as bad as some full of carbs. Plus it's excellent tastingIf you love homemade pizza. This is the closest you can get. Excellent service if there's a problem on delivery not what you ordered. Manager has been always lovely He is always replaced or given credit for any mistakes online orders and deliveries. Highly recommend. Patrice H Drake

Seating area is sufficient for small group meetups. Panera doesn't generally have a good coffee and I suppose the same thing goes with other items. Other drinks are very sugary and not of a good quality.
