This Dunkin was by far one of the worst I have ever been too.. I have managed a Dunkin for at least 2 years and I have never experienced so many issues in one experience. The store is dirty, as well as the baskin robins side. The workers are incapable of understand how to charge their customers. They tried to charge me for 2 donuts just to have an extra pump of strawberry in my coolada. And I had to ask twice for whipped cream. After receiving the coolada, I tried to order 2 3-count munchkins and I couldn’t even finish the transaction because he couldn’t ring up the munchkins correctly. Never again will I go to this Dunkin. The Dunkin on Virginia Beach Blvd is the best around.

They gave us some stuff on the house and an extra donut. They really put a lot of ice cream for one scoop. The people running it today were amazing and really friendly. 10/10

I ordered a birthday cake here ahead of time and on the day of pickup, my cake was not made. I was told the manager had an emergency and cake could not be made. I wasn’t given an update a head of time. Instead of a refund they gave me an already made cake which wasn’t custom made like I wanted it to, which they fail to tell me how old the cake was because they said they didn’t know, which was below price of the original cake I ordered with a dozen doughnuts that wasn’t fresh (doughnuts were hard when I took them home, days old). What a disappointment and rip off! I should’ve just took my money back. As far as the cake, no high expectations because who knows how old that cake was sitting in the freezer! These businesses ought to treat customers better and give more value to us who they depend on to keep their business running.

Food is always old or hard. Drinks are never right. And customer service at this location is always terrible. I ordered food at 645 this morning and it was rock hard. How?? Was it old from yesterday and you reheated it?? AND it looked like someone had already started eating it! At that time of morning everything should be fresh so there is no excuse. I would be embarrassed to pass that to a customer. And then when I asked for the doughnut I paid for and didn't recieve, she bare handed grabed it from the doughnuts case, shoved it in a bag and passed it to me then turned her back and continued the conversation she was having with a coworker. Last time I will ever go to this location.
