This location used to be the best but is going downhill. Went this week & was told they aren’t letting customers use the public restrooms anymore because “people like to clog them up”. Apparently, the rest of the customers with young kids or who just need to use the facilities AT A RESTAURANT don’t matter. Whoever owns this location needs to clean house.
I ordered delivery and got my items quickly, which I do appreciate. The drink (frozen coffee) I ordered is good, very flavorful. The food on the other hand is not, the breakfast sandwich was the bland and flavorless. Made with poor ingredients and didn't look very appetizing. The hashbrowns were both undercooked in the middle and burnt around the edges. I couldn't even eat them. Don't get Dunkin for breakfast, only the coffee is worth it

No Doughnut prices on menu. ???I THINK the doughnuts are $1.50 per doughnut seemingly regardless of quantity. But nowhere dose it say that. Not in store, not on the menu, not on the web-sight. Nowhere. So: ?♂️
