The people are so lazy. Is good customer service not a thing anymore? I went through the drive thru and they told me the drive thru was down, even though they helped two cars in front of me. When you do manage to get food the waiting time is ridiculous. How is this place still in business!

I visited first thing in the morning on a Sunday and the food tasted so fresh! I’ve have had mixed experiences with the friendliness of drive-thru employees, but, overall, the employees are pleasant and welcoming and I appreciate their service.

Waited 30 minutes for two biscuits in the drive thru after they asked me to pull up pay the window. Eventually had to walk in because it was clear they forgot about me after 10 cars came and left behind me. Then of course they messed my order up which I had to correct and show them my receipt on the spot. Won’t be back and I’ll be surprised if they stay open much longer if this is the quality of service that their management enforces

All I can say is whoever runs this Hardee’s must be the laziest person in the world, they never open on time and your order will be wrong 75% of the time because they think that there too good to make the food right for some weird reason, if you can’t make it in fast food then maybe they just need to be street sweepers??♂️

Ran out quickly to get here before 11. Arrived inside at 10:52 with no line. Ordered some biscuits off the menu. Was told they were done with breakfast even though they confirmed they serve breakfast until 11. One staff member was incredibly rude.

Slowest fast food restaurant ever. Waited 30 minutes multiple times and messed up my orders both times. What a nightmare! Never going back there again and suggest everyone else to stay away from this joke of a place.

I stop At this hardees every Wednesday morning and this morning it's closed and person inside wouldn't open door. As a truck driver i cannot use drive through.I willmot be stopping here for breakfast anymore they open whenever they want to!!

literally so disappointing i mean you don't expect much from a fast food restaurant but i was the only one in here and they were staring at me and continued their convo when i have a 40 min lunch break.... please at least acknowledge your customers and standing and complaining that your feet hurt is just taking up my break time lmao. embarrassing

Don't expect fast food here. 15 minute wait is average for a dinner time order. Customer service is lacking and they're unapologetic for the lackadaisical attitude.

Edit: Down from 5 Stars to 1 Star! This Hardee's has gone from the best to the WORST EVER! There's always something, understaffed, cars around the building, serving only 2 customers at a time, Not taking Cash or Not taking cards, power went out so not serving at all this morning. I will be taking my business to another Hardee's. I eat Hardee's almost everyday.

This Hardee's is in too prime of an area to be as terrible as they are. I literally drove off without ordering. Hardees had no one in line and the McDonald's and Wendy's were wrapped around. The reason is because the Hardee's here is SO bad they rather wait in line....I really wonder what they'll build there after it gets torn down.... Proper training is imperative in this world or your business will fail
