I pass this place all the time and finally decided to try it for lunch. The reviews looked pretty impressive so I thought why not give it a shot? Walked in, no other customers but there were 3 associates behind the counter talking amongst themselves. No one greeted me when I came in. The young lady who took my order was nice after placed my order. The restaurant looked pretty clean and well kept, so that was a plus. Online order, followed the directions. We both chose Cheddar cheese. It was a choice! Arrive at appointed time to find they didn't make the sandwiches. They said they don't have cheddar cheese. I am frustrated as we are on our way to the airport, on a tight schedule. They did make the sandwiches with an alternate cheese and were quick about it. Make sure you call and verify if you want anything other than the standard. I asked "Why didn't you contact me?", but got no answer. Hopefully...read full review

The subs are top tier. The bread is made fresh daily. the fries is one of my favorite items on the menu, I never share, they are ALWAYS fresh and hot!!! I always order the Italian foot long, but the steak bomb is good. They offer a veggie sub as well, and you can have any sub made into a salad. The customer service is always great, and the staff always have a smile on their face. 10/10
