“OMG the wings were so amazing - I ordered take out and never had Korean wings before it it was definitely a treat. Forgot to take photos that's how good the wings were. Did t try anything else. The service was quick - they let the wings cool down before they closed the box and the place was nice and clean. Parking was awful“
“I believe this restaurant serves more to the American palette and people who are just trying out Korean food for the first time. The atmosphere was warm and the decorations looked very nice. However, the food was lacking and the kiosk ordering method gave me a feeling that this place doesn’t know if they want to be fast casual restaurant or a nice sit down place. The two soups we ordered were expensive—higher prices than others in the area and even when compared to prices in Nova or NYC. I also found it strange that they didn’t bring kimchi with the banchan which feels absolutely unorthodox for a Korean restaurant. This would’ve been ok if the food was great, but unfortunately, everything other than the decoration here was unremarkable.“
“First time eating here and I enjoyed the food :-)It’s not a very large space and I was surprised to see many people dine in for a Wednesday night plus many take out orders. Service is great and the waitress was very friendly :-)I ordered the chirashi bowl and it’s fairly priced for the amount of sashimi you get! Fresh and very thick slices and I could not finish the rice - the sashimi filled me up. It came with a soup and side salad as appetizers.Loved the spot and I want to come back to try their Korean fried chicken and udon noodle soup :-) highly recommend for a regular go to spot!“
“The croffles were delicious!!! The pastry had the perfect balance of density to carry the toppings and fluffiness to be satisfying yet not heavy. The toppings were paired equistisly. The dessert satiated the sweet tooth without being too rich or overly decadent. I had a strawberry banana Nutella, ferrero Roche and and ube croffle. I loved each of them. I would recommend those as well. The ube croffle was my favorite. I have been craving it ever since. If you are in VA beach, I highly recommend this restaurant.“
“Saw this Korean spot when we went to Outback. Decided to give it a shot. The closest to the Korean food we're used to.... Forget the bonchon spots, you get more bang for your buck here! Wish they had more sides but what was available is good too! Kids approved so we definitely will be back. We got the Bibimbap (make sure you ask for your egg to be over easy or it'll have a hard yolk),bbq chicken, kimbap(Gimbap),& bugolgi fried rice (this was ok). The sides we got were kimchi, cucumbers, mac salad, & the shoyu potato.“
“Great staff and delicious food. Nice atmosphere and lovely decor. They don't have a kids menu, and though that's ok most times (kids should experience new things too), mine has an egg allergy which made the menu somewhat limiting. She ate what she could though, and loved it. Just thought I'd mention it if your kid is a very picky eater.“
“I really love the atmosphere here! I was there with my karaoke group today and I found myself just jamming to myself in the eating area with the kpop playing. haha and the people who work here are soooo nice!! I need to come back more often.“
“The experience was ok. The food was ok except for the ramen which is just a pack of regular ramen noodles from stores which was disappointing for my wife and daughter. They were hoping for some ramen that a Japanese or Chinese resto would serve. The service was great.“
“Kimchi excellent. Gimbap excellent. Mandu good. Banchan was warm and honestly most of them had an odd taste. The bibimbap was good. The japchae was bland. Facility clean and service was fast.Overall good food and experience, next time I will stick to appetizers with kimchi pancake and try a soup!“
“Great ambience, very accommodating, the staff always goes out their way to make myself and my lady feel great. On my last visit the manager Francisco Vazquez introduced himself and tended to us after they were closed. This place does not miss, doesn’t matter who is working they always make us feel special.“
“I have only visited Blue Fin four times but each meal has been excellent. They have very creative presentations, great flavors and friendly staff. I highly recommend Blue Fin for great sushi. I don’t recommend you go higher than a 7 on the 911 roll.“
“Fantastic experience! We were a large group of 13 people. I called ahead and let them know we were coming. Got seated immediately and the service was absolutely fantastic! Food is flavorful & fresh! Don’t forget to use the salad bar to add to your meal! Tons of spices and sauces to dip.“
“The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. My oldest wanted Korean for his birthday and we went on a friend's recommendation. The menu is limited because it's basically a two person operation right now. Don't let that deter you. My husband had the grilled pork belly, I had the beef bulgogi, my oldest had the chicken bulgogi and my youngest had kimchi jjigae (extra spicy). it was all soooo good. As were the side dishes. Kimberly was so genuinely kind and when she was able, spent talking KPop with my autistic son. She was also great at giving the history of the food. She was super engaging. We left there in a very upbeat mood with our tummies full. Please be patient as the food is made to order and Kimberly's mama is the only cook. It's definitely worth it. We will be back.“
