This place is a new addiction of mine. This is literally the best ice cream you will find in the Hampton roads. I have always loved ice cream, but this place takes the number one spot. I come very often to get my two quarts of cookie monster and a regular to drive home with. I also take friends and customers from the business I own and get them hooked as well.
